If your application aligns with the role requirements, we’ll be in touch to arrange a confidential conversation. If you don’t meet the criteria for that particular job but we think we can still help you in your job search, one of our dedicated team will still give you a call to discuss your options and explore other opportunities we may have available.

Initial Conversation
We start with a friendly, informal chat over the phone. This is your chance to tell us more about your background, motivations, and what you’re looking for in your next role.
It’s also a great opportunity for you to learn more about the position, the company, and the culture. We’ll be honest about the role’s responsibilities, progression opportunities, and any challenges you might face.

Face-to-Face Registration Interview
If the initial conversation goes well, we’ll invite you to our office for a face-to-face registration interview or a Teams call. This is a more in-depth meeting where we can really get to know you, discuss your work history in detail, and talk through your career goals.
We’ll also verify your identification and right-to-work documents, and explain how we work with our candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This step helps us represent you in the best possible light to potential employers and ensures we’re matching you to opportunities that truly fit your skills and aspirations.

CV Submission to the Client
If we both feel it’s a good match, we’ll support you with CV guidance so you can make the necessary updates and improvements yourself, making sure it highlights your most relevant skills and achievements.
Once you’re happy with your CV, and it reflects your strengths, we’ll submit it to the hiring company along with our own notes on why we think you’re a great fit.

The Interview Process
Once shortlisted, we’ll coordinate the interview process with the employer. This could be a single interview or a multi-stage process, depending on the role.
Before each stage, we’ll help you prepare, sharing insights about the company, the interviewers, and the types of questions you might be asked. We’ll also support you with practical tips on presentation, storytelling, and handling tricky questions with confidence.

Feedback and Next Steps
After each interview, we’ll gather feedback from both you and the employer. We’ll share honest, constructive feedback so you know exactly where you stand and what the next steps are.
