Our client is a national training provider who offers bespoke training to a number of industries all over the UK. Due to growth, they are now looking to add to their team of Training Coordinators.

Responsibilities

This job is a customer services and administration-based position where you could be speaking to companies on a daily basis over the phone or via email, booking their delegates on relevant courses to the industry that they work within, arranging instructors for these training courses as well as coordinating the appropriate accreditation body.

Qualities

You could also be managing a variety of accounts for existing clients, accurately updating their training records and keeping track of all costs involved for the courses.

Experience

That’s why we are looking for someone who has excellent coordination and administration experience. Someone who is fully computer literate with the whole Microsoft office package as well as experience with learning and using inhouse databases.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Full training is provided and subject to performance and training there could be salary increases after 6 & 12 months up to £22,000.
