Our client is a growing Education and Training provider who are looking for a Trainer / Assessor to join their Construction training team.

Responsibilities

Working with Adult learners and 14 – 16 year olds, you could be supporting the learners to gain a meaningful apprenticeship or employment within the construction  industry. Plan and deliver training and assessments; taking into account the industry and individual leaner needs and awarding body requirements. Prepare lesson plans, making sure that all quality measures are taken for the awarding body. Prepare and administer tests and examinations as well as other assessment and teaching materials.

Qualities

You could also be maintaining class records and assessment tracking, maintain a training environment that is appropriate for the construction industry as well as the learners and keep in line with all of the appropriate policies and procedures.

Experience

That’s why we are looking for someone who has a background within the Construction industry who is either looking to get into a training role and currently studying for a relevant training / assessor qualification, someone who is newly qualified or already working as a trainer / assessor within this industry.
