Our client is an education organisation based in Scarborough. Due to sickness they are currently looking for a temporary Marketing Coordinator to help with marketing for events and social media.
It may be that you are managing any marketing campaigns, social media strategies and updating any website content. Arranging events for the organisation as well as attending any other external ones as well as creating the content for any marketing literature.
You could be dealing with any admissions enquiries over the phone or face to face, keeping the admissions database up to date and accurate as well as sending out relevant documents to all new admissions before the students start. Coordinate interviews for all potential new students and liaise closely with the local authority.
That’s why we are looking for someone with a marketing background and the administration skills to match. Someone who is able to work on their initiative as this is a stand-alone position. Working in a busy department, helping to drive the admissions and recruitment of new students forward whilst promoting the organisation in a variety of ways.
This is a full time position predominantly working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00, however there may be occasions where you are required to work outside of this and that time will be given back in lieu.
