Our client is a global business who are looking for a temporary Administrator to work on one of their sites in the Whitby area. This is a maternity contract that will initially be for around 6 months in the first instance.
This will be a stand alone role where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to site, you would deal with all incoming enquires for the site via telephone and email, as well as booking meeting rooms for any of the other employees as needed.
You would also be responsible for booking company vehicles in and out, managing all stationary orders and office equipment as well as maintaining the health and safety records for the site.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is fully computer literate with Word, Outlook and Excel with the communication skills to match. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload. Someone who has worked in customer facing role also would be an advantage.
This is a full time temporary role working Monday to Friday. Due to the location of the role your own transport is required.
