Our client in the Whitby area is looking for a temporary administrator to join their facilities team on a temporary basis until the end of the year.
Working in a busy team, you will be answering the phone and dealing with queries, booking meeting rooms and booking of desks for staff as well as ordering any stock needed.
You will also need to update spreadsheets, accurately enter data onto a number of forms as well as filing and scanning.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous administration experience with excellent communication skills to match.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 with an hour for lunch. Due to location your own transport will be required.
