Our client based in the outskirts of York are looking for a part time accounts assistant / ledger clerk to support them for a minimum of three months.
You could be inputting purchase invoices, processing sales invoices, bank reconciliations as well as dealing with any queries.
You will also need to accurately input data onto their new Exact Accounting Software that has been implemented from their head office.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has experience with processing invoices and dealing with basic accounts support duties, along with having experience of using the Exact Accounting Software.
This is a part time position, however our client is flexible on hours and days to suit the candidate.
