Our client is a growing business based in the around the Dundalk area. They are currently looking for a Senior Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team who can look at increasing their sales, growth and profitability.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you could be following up on leads that have you have sourced, as well as those that have been generated by the marketing, looking at canvassing ideas as well as new campaigns to generate new business.
Making outbound prospecting calls as well as dealing with any incoming enquiries; you could be speaking to customers who want more information on a product; possibly technical data or availability. Giving an estimation of costs, converting these into orders and then organising delivery. You may also need to go out and visit occasional customers to demonstrate the products if required.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has excellent sales and conversion skills, both over the phone and face to face, as you will be required to speak to customers across a variety of methods. Previous negotiation experience is essential, as well as being able to manage your own workload.
Our client is looking for someone who has the drive and the passion to succeed from within a technical B2B environment, a strong commercial understanding and the ability to maintain exceptional relationships with their clients at all times. Someone who can create and manage reports and data, with a positive attitude to problem solving and is willing to challenge the status quo.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and an OTE earning potential of circa €32,000.
