Our client based in the Scarborough area is a current market leader. They have gone through a period of change recently and are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Account Manager to join their busy and dynamic team.

Working with a number of local businesses, you will be creating marketing solutions based on their individual needs. Speaking to company directors and booking regular face to face meetings will be essential for you to be able to understand their organisation, and what they are looking for in terms of driving their business forward, and then being able to create a bespoke proposal based on your understanding.

You could be going out into the local area on around 15 meetings a week, this could be to new or existing clients and discussing new ways of working with them as well as conducting regular aftercare meetings.


For every new proposal you could be getting creative in the office with lots of ideas for your client and then going back to them with a variety of options to see if you have matched the right solution to their current needs.

That’s why we are looking for someone who is extremely driven and passionate with exceptional customer service and negotiation skills. Someone who is able to listen to their customers needs, build rapport and maintain these accounts as well as being able to look at new and inventive ways of getting new business on board.


Working in a fast paced environment, there will also be a lot of administration that needs to be completed for each client efficiently, so we are looking for someone who is extremely organised and self-motivated with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn something new.
