Our client is a well-established property company based in the Scarborough area. Due to growth they are looking for a sales and lettings administrator to join their busy team.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Supporting the branch manager, you could be booking viewings on properties, obtaining feedback from customers to give to the property owners as well as dealing with any general property queries.

You could be typing up newly listed property details as well as creating floor plans and uploading these properties onto the company website and other property specific website.

Qualities

That’s why we are looking for someone who has excellent administration skills with the attention to detail to match. Someone who has strong customer service experience and able to deal with people face to face, over the phone and via email.

 

Experience

Our client is looking for someone who is confident in their own ability and able to work on their own initiative as well as support the wider team. This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 2.00pm.
