Our client is a well established property business based in the Scarborough area. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an administrator to join their friendly team.
Working in this customer facing role you could be dealing with customers over the phone and via email and answering any queries that may come in, supporting the customers needs with an array of products and services as well as arranging viewings on properties.
You will be obtaining feedback on viewings from the potential buyer as well as passing this information over to the owner of the property. Creating property details of all new instructions as well as updating the website and other online portals. Sending out letters to all parties involved in the purchase and sale of a property.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills both verbally and written, someone who is able to work to tight deadlines as well as maintain confidentiality at all times with numeracy skills to match.
If you have previous office administration experience and are able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills then this could be a great opportunity for you to work for a family run business who value their employees and want you to feel like you are making a difference to the business.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00 and Saturdays 9.00 – 1.00 with time available to take back in lieu.
