Our client is a growing organisation with sites all over the UK. Their head office is based in the Bridlington area and they are currently looking for someone to come in and join their finance team as a Payroll Administrator.

Job Details

Responsibilities

Working in a busy environment you could be collating the payroll data for around 1600 employees, looking at their working hours, overtime, holidays etc. Accurately presenting in a format to send over to the outsourced payroll company.

Qualities

You could also be making sure all payroll data is processed accurately and within set deadlines, these could be 4 weekly or monthly. Analysing and proposing appropriate changes to systems and operating procedures with the intention of ensuring that the payroll department provides a continuously improving standard of service, as well as ensuring effective communication channels are in place within the Payroll department and the wider business to provide a quick resolution to any payroll queries.

Experience

That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous experience in a Payroll Administration position where they have worked on their own initiative. Someone with excellent numeracy skills and the attention to detail to match.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9-5 with car parking available.
