Our client is a market leader based in the Scarborough area who have been established for over thirty years. They are currently looking for a part time Sales Order Processor to join their sales office.

You could be dealing with any telephone calls that come into the office, transferring them accordingly. Dealing with any requests for quotes that come via email or fax as well as those that come via telephone. Accurately inputting the information onto the system and sending the quote to the client.


Once an order has been accepted by a client you will then need to create the job on the CRM system in order for the manufacturing department to make the product. You may also need to speak to the production team and logistics team regarding the orders and scheduling for delivery.


That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked in this type of role before or at least within an administration position where you are able to pick up new skills and procedures with ease. Someone who has excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the accuracy to match.

This is a part time position working 25 hours a week (Monday to Friday 12.00 -5.00) with car parking available.
