Our client is a well-established family run business based in Scarborough who are looking for a part time administrator to join their growing team.

Working in a small friendly office you could be coordinating a number of health and safety checks, dealing with colleagues, contractors and external customers. Chasing outstanding information and creating reports.

Job Details


You could be organising for maintenance jobs to be completed by chasing quotes, keeping track of all the outstanding jobs as well as sending out invoices for payment. Along side this you will be the main point of contact in the office to answer the phone and deal with initial enquires as well as typing and sending out a number of letters and emails to customers with updates on a daily basis.


That’s why we are looking for someone who has previously worked in an administration role that involves working on your own initiative and managing your own workload effectively. Someone who is pro-active with a positive approach to their work and able to work in a busy office environment.


This is a part time position that would suit someone who is looking to work 5 hours a day, possibly around school hours or similar.
