Our client is a small well-respected business in the Garforth area of Leeds. Due to continued growth over the past couple of years, they are now looking for a part time administrator to job them.

Responsibilities

Within this job you could be dealing will all telephone calls coming into the business, answering any technical queries, overseeing the email inbox along with responding to all enquiries that come in via social media, WhatsApp and the website.

You could be giving out quotes on new projects, processing orders and accurately updating the database.

Qualities

That’s why we are looking for an administrator that has worked in an SME / small business before with a pro active attitude and the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks at any one time.

Someone who is very precise with an excellent attention to detail, confident with customers over the phone with the communication skills to match and fully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

Experience

This is a part time position working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with car parking available and easily accessed from the A1/M and M62.
