Our client is a growing business in York who are now an employer of choice in the region. Due to growth, they are now looking to increase their finance team with an additional Management Accountant to support their Regional Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

Working in a busy team based at head office, you could be managing several accounts for a variety of businesses within the group. Managing the Balance sheet reconciliations, analysing the Profit and Loss as well as preparing the monthly management accounts.

Qualities

You could also be reconciling inter-company transactions, posting journals and prepayments and processing the monthly VAT, quarterly returns and reconciliations.

Experience

That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous experience as a Management Accountant, who is either qualified by experience or with their CIMA / ACCA / ACA. Someone who is fully computer literate, preferably with previous use of Sage and excellent MS Excel skills.
