Our client is a market leading Manufacturing and Engineering company based in the Malton area. They are currently looking to add to their Internal Sales team and are looking for someone to be the main point of contact for new inbound enquires from new and existing customers and making proactive contact to develop relationships as well as carrying out prospecting and lead generation to maximise their individual sales pipeline.
Working in a busy growing team you could be following up any new enquiries made by existing and new customers to ensure that enough information is provided so that a quotation can be submitted. Using various websites to look for potential new opportunities. Arranging meetings with existing customers to make them aware of the ongoing products offered.
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you could also be required to attend exhibitions and trade shows as well as networking and building relationships over social media. Keeping the internal database up to date and liaising with clients on a regular basis regarding any updates.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar Internal sales / order processing position who is looking to work for a growing business. Someone who has excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the administration and organisational skills to match.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a job where you can really see the difference you are making to the clients around. There is a basic Salary plus commission, with an OTE of Circa £28,000 in year one. This commission is uncapped and will only increase as the years move on.
