Our client is a leading firm of Solicitors based in central York. Due to continued growth and business demand, they are now looking for a HR Administrator to come in and support the whole HR team with their administration.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment you could be accurately updating their HR database with information relating to any starters and leavers, staff absences and holidays as well as any learning and development or training activity.
You could also support with the recruitment team by uploading CV’s on to their inhouse system, sending rejections to unsuccessful candidates, creating offer letters and contracts as well as conducting any pre employment checks such as checking ID and eligibility to work in the UK and requesting references etc.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous administration experience from within a professional office environment with good MS Office skills. Ad administrator who can work in a busy department and pick up new skills with ease. Previous HR knowledge or experience is preferable, although not essential.
This is a full time position working in central York and as such there is no car parking available, however it is easily accessible via bus or rail as it is a short 5-10 minute walk from the train station.
