Our client is an international FTSE 250 company based in Scarborough. Due to growth and development of their projects, they are looking for an Executive PA to support their Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, employer of choice in the local area and support one of their senior management team internationally. It could be that you are managing his diary efficiently, booking all travel and accommodation as well as fully preparing the itinerary. The CMO is predominantly based in America so most of his travel is international which will include sourcing the relevant VISAs etc. Being based at head office in the UK you would be the first point of contact to field all phone calls and manage his emails and other correspondence.
You could also be coordinating senior meetings, preparing packs and agendas as well as taking accurate minutes. There is an annual Sales and Marketing conference which you would be required to organise, and project manage along with any other conferences around the world.
That’s why we are looking for a PA who has worked at a senior level and who is able to work remotely from their line manager as well as understanding that they will undertake many duties outside of UK working hours due to the CMO being based internationally.
Someone who can manage multiple diaries with ease and also set up new administration policies and procedures as well as supporting a wider team if needed. Previous use of Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential.
This is a full-time position with an excellent salary and benefits package available.
