Our client is a market leader based in the Scarborough area who have been established for over thirty years. Due to continued growth they are currently looking for a customer services person to join one of their technical support teams.
Working in a friendly team you could be speaking to customers over the phone and dealing with any technical issues they may have with the product they ordered. You may need to speak to other departments within the business to obtain updates on orders and liaise with the customer accordingly.
You could also be the first point of contact for any general enquiries that come into the business which would need dealing with efficiently. Creating and sending weekly reports to the managers on any product issues as well as supporting other colleagues when needed.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked in a customer service and administration-based role who has excellent problem solving skills, along with the ability to learn technical information and relay this to others.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 5.00 with carparking available. You will need to be fully computer literate with the whole MS Office package and be able to learn a new CRB system quickly with ease.
