Our client is a leading business in the Hull area. Due to increased growth, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Working in a small busy team you will be taking calls from customers and processing orders on to their internal system, taking payments over the phone, issuing credit notes as well as dealing with general enquiries that come in.
You will also need to reconcile their branch tills each day as well as taking proof of deliveries from the drivers to process these. Having a good understanding of all products and services available to be able to advise the customers along with being able to develop long term relationships with the regular customers to ensure they come back time and time again.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous experience from within a customer service and order processing role. Someone who is able to work on their own initiative with exceptional communication skills both over the phone and via email.
Our client is looking for their next employee to be friendly and personable with a positive attitude to their work. Someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment who can multitask with ease.
This is a full-time role working 39.5 hours a week; however, these can be slightly flexible around the core hours of the business. There is car parking available and a good benefits package.
