Our client is a well-established business based in the Malton area. They are currently looking for someone to join their Customer Services team on a permanent contract.
You could be speaking to customers over the phone and via email, dealing with queries and processing orders. Booking in installations and maintenance jobs as well as coordinating the engineers.
You will also need to keep all customer records up to date as well as dealing with any issues with the products and liaising with the transport team to make sure the customer gets their deliveries on time.
That’s why we are looking for someone with previous admin and customer service experience from within a similar role. Someone who is extremely organised and able to coordinate lots of work at one time with the accuracy to match. Someone who is fully computer literate and able to lean a bespoke inhouse system.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 with car parking available. Due to their location, access to your own transport is essential.
