Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Scarborough who are currently looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their business. Our client is a traditional family run business who have a friendly and outgoing team for you to join.

Responsibilities

Working in a busy team you could be speaking to customers over the phone and via email, creating and scheduling in jobs for the installation teams as well as ordering materials needed for each job.

You will be working in a stand-alone position as the main point of contact within the company for all enquiries coming into the office as well as being there for any internal queries from colleagues from other departments.

Qualities

That’s why we are looking for and administrator who has worked in a similar customer service / order processing position with the transferable skills. Someone who is extremely organised and able to take ownership of their role and work with little supervision.

Someone who is able to organise other people to get their jobs completed on time as well as chasing up information when it is required.

Experience

This is a full-time position working 7.30 – 4.00 Monday to Friday with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. They are easily accessible via car and public transport in the Scarborough area.
