Our client is a well-established and reputable firm based in Hull area. Following an internal movement within the Credit Control team, they are now looking for an additional Credit Controller to join the team.
Working in a busy Credit Control team you will be assisting with the efficient collection, control and administration of money owed to the business, building long lasting relationships with your customers to ensure that they work within agreed credit limits and payment terms.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, who has previously work in a fast-paced environment, or who has a proven track record of working in Credit Control. Someone who is driven to succeed with excellent communication who can be both assertive and empathetic to customers, as well as having the tenacity to deliver results for the business.
This is a busy role where you will need to be self-managed and able to work on your own initiative. Our client is looking for someone who really likes working in credit control with good computer skills, specifically Excel as they manage all debt on a variety of Excel reports as well as SAGE.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday to work around core business hours typically between 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch (40 hours per week), although there maybe some flexibility around this, working from the office there is free car parking available.
