Our client is a leading firm of solicitors who are looking for a Conveyancer / Paralegal to join their conveyancing team in their brand new York city centre office.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Head of the department you could be speaking to clients over the phone or face to face, dealing with Contracts, Transfers, Mortgages and Deeds as well as reporting on Searches and Mortgage offers.

Qualities

You will need to achieve the agreed levels of time recording, preparing any client correspondence and dealing with Stamp Duty, Land Tax returns and Land Registry.

That’s why we are looking for a Conveyancer or Paralegal who has previous experience within Residential and / or Commercial Property. Someone who can manage their own workload with experience of using a case management system.

Experience

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00 based in central York and is easily accessible by bus and train.
