We are currently working exclusively with the Beverley Building Society. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Cashier to join their Customer Service team.

Job Details


Working as part of a small team, you will be helping customers with their savings, investment and current account transactions and advising them on the best products and services for their needs.  You will handle all aspects of counter working which involves cash handling and till balancing.

You will also be responsible for the administration of opening new accounts, changing of names and addresses, and much more.  Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is paramount and empathy is often required.


This is why we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment, with exceptional face to face customer service experience.  Someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills with the accuracy to match and a background in cash control.


This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working within the Beverley Branch, Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00, plus alternative Saturday’s 08.45-12.15, being paid as overtime.

There is limited car parking available and a great team working environment.
