Our client is a small family run business based in the Filey area that have been established for over 12 years. Due to continued growth they are looking for someone to join their expanding team as an Administrator / Receptionist.

Responsibilities

Working on a busy reception desk you could be meeting and greeting all clients that come into the office, scheduling meetings, arranging international travel and accommodation as well as managing all of the stationary and other office stock.

Qualities

You may be required to conduct weekly / annual inventory checks and audit the results, proving reports on team performance as well as auditing the stores and team; including equipment maintenance and ensuring all procedures are adhered to. Managing the calibrated tools as well as keeping a secure inventory of all safety equipment.

Experience

That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment. Someone who is fully computer literate with the full Microsoft Office package along with being able to work on their own with a high attention to detail.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm with parking available.
