Our client is a well-established company based in the Hessle area who are currently looking for an office administrator to join their business.
Working in a small team, you could be inputting shipment details for each client accurately onto their in-house database as well as speaking to customers on the phone and via email, maintaining and building relationships with them for repeat business.
You could be coordinating jobs both in the UK and overseas which is why we are preferably looking for someone who has worked in a similar logistics environment or a co-ordination / project-based administration role.
Someone who is extremely organised and able to manage their time effectively as well as being fully computer literate with MS Office.
This is a full-time position working 9.00 -5.30 Monday to Friday, with on-site car parking facilities they are easily accessible. They offer an annual salary review, along with company pension.
