Our client is a market leading business who are currently looking for someone to join their growing IT team as 1st and 2nd line support at their head office in the Eastfield area of Scarborough.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of IT you could be supporting the end users with their IT support, recording work via their service desk, supporting the team with the maintenance of their multi-site network as well as managing their internal storage, servers and Active Directory.

Qualities

You could be maintaining the asset management log and creating technical documentation for any fixes and processes.

That’s why we are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service desk, 1st and 2nd line support role, preferably with networking and server experience, although this is not essential.

Experience

Someone who has relevant IT based qualifications who can come in and work as part of a well-established team and help to drive the business forward.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 with car parking available, laptop, pension and company discount scheme.
