Kelly  started her recruitment career back in 2008 where she worked for a large international agency. She initially set up a brand new office in Scarborough and then moved over to their York office after 2 years to grow the business and the team. During her career with them, she has specialised in recruiting for temporary, permanent and fixed term contract roles within Finance, HR, Office Support and Marketing. She worked with a number of businesses across North Yorkshire and the East Coast ranging from SME’s to large Blue-Chip Companies. She prides herself in the exceptional service she delivers to all of her clients and candidates alike.

After having her children, Kelly found herself with the opportunity of using her vast skills and experience to set up her own recruitment agency, covering North and East Yorkshire. She focuses on thoroughly understanding her clients needs and matching the right candidate to the right job; as well as being able to offer advice on writing CV’s, conducting effective interviews as well as offering career guidance.

I have worked with Kelly for a number of years now to assist with the recruitment of my office based sales and customer service teams. Initially I’d use a number of agencies on the assumption that I’d see more variety of candidates, however I soon changed this approach and used just Kelly. Kelly took the time to come in and meet me, and not only understand the needs of the business, but also the needs of the individual teams, the dynamic behind them and what skills and attitudes would complement the existing team. Because she understood what I was looking for, I knew that she would put the right candidates in front of me. This saved me so much time as there was no need to read through CV’s and assess suitable candidates, I knew that if Kelly thought they were worth me seeing, then it was worth my time.
